Eight OUA coaches earn over 100,000, one over 150,000 in 2018

In 2018, nine OUA coaches earned an annual salary in excess of $100,000 according to public records disclosed by the “Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act”.  Last year’s list (2017) revealed nine coaches and in 2016 six coaches earned over 100,000. Seven of the eleven head coaches will return to the sideline in the same role this season.

The highest paid OUA coach in 2018 was Basketball coach Dave Smart (Carleton University) at $181,172.
