Nine OUA coaches earn over 100,000 in 2017

In 2017, nine OUA coaches earned an annual salary in excess of $100,000 according to public records disclosed by the “Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act”.  Last year’s list revealed six coaches over 100,000. We hope that next year’s list continues this upward trend.

This year’s list includes two Vanier Cup winning head coaches.  The highest paid OUA coach in 2017 was Basketball coach Dave Smart (Carleton University) at $181,172.
