Clarkson made the long trip to Virginia Beach to play Bishop Sullivan.  Mistakes on both sides of the ball prevented the team from extending their 2-game winning streak, losing 42-28.  A promising late Clarkson fourth quarter drive to tie the game was thwarted by a fumble.  Bright spots in the loss were CFC100s Scott Murray and Jethro Oleko, leading the defense with 8 TFLs between the two.  Clarkson plays St Joe’s this Friday in North Bowl II.

Royal Imperial finished their season in Maryland versus Calvert Hall.  The Knights went down 51-0 at half, final score 58-0.

St Joe’s had a bye week.  This week they play CFC10 #1 ranked Clarkson in North Bowl II.

It was semifinals for the Independent league in Ontario as Upper Canada College beat the Trinity College Bears, 32-8, to advance to the league championship. St. Andrew’s College pulled the upset in their semifinal against the St. Michael Kerry Blues, 30-22, and will face UCC with hopes of hoisting that championship trophy over their heads come Wednesday the 7th. Kickoff is at 1:30pm at Upper Canada College.
