York welcomes 2 to team

York adds one local commit and one out-of-province commit to their 2019 class.

Denzel Ndlovu, a defensive lineman from Holy Trinity Catholic High School, and Nick Kaloutas, a defensive back from East York Collegiate Institute, will be running with the York Lions this upcoming season and beyond.

Denzel Ndlovu

Denzel Ndlovu will have a bit of a trek to reach his new school. Hailing from Fort McMurray, Alberta, he played for the Holy Trinity Knights (BRL) and the Fort McMurray Ravens (CDMFA). Standing at 6’2, 205lbs, he is primarily a defensive end.

Nick Kaloutas

Nick Kaloutas will be staying put. Kaloutas, who is from Toronto, Ontario, played with the Toronto Jr. Argos (OFC) and the East York CI Goliaths (TDSSAA). The 6’0, 170lbs athlete also ran track for his high school.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
