X-Men reputation attracts 3

X-Men add one provincial commit and two out-of-province commits to their team.

Chris Jenkins, a linebacker from Garth Webb Secondary School, is excited to be a part of the longstanding history that is Saint Francis Xavier X-Men football.

Keegan McMullin, a lineman from Fredericton High school, and Cole Cooper, a linebacker from Auburn Drive High School, will also be joining the X-Men.

Chris Jenkins

Chris Jenkins found football in a peculiar way. “I decided to get into football because of the show, Blue Mountain State,” he said.

The move paid off. He said he chose StFX because “it has a great reputation” and he really likes the coaching staff.

Hailing from Oakville, Ontario, he has played for both the Oakville Titans and the Garth Webb Chargers (HSSAA). Jenkins, who is interested in business, has been playing for four years. He won a championship in high school in his grade 11 season. He is 5’11, 195lbs.

Keegan McMullin

Keegan McMullin calls Fredericton, New Brunswick, home. Standing at 6’3, 235lbs, he played with the Fredericton Black Kats (NBHSFL) on the offensive and defensive lines.

Cole Cooper

Cole Cooper of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is 5’9, 165lbs. He played with the Auburn Drive Eagles (NSSAFFL).

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
