WR Glodin Mulali started playing football “by accident”

Harrison Trimble Trojan wide receiver, Glodin Mulali, tried out for football in the tenth grade, by accident. Mulali and his family immigrated to Moncton, New Brunswick from Nigeria toward the end of grade nine. Throughout the summer Mulali and the Trojan’s QB Dylan Tabone became friends. Tabone urged the athletic newcomer to try out for the team in the fall. Flattered, Mulali agreed.

“I thought it was soccer, that’s what we call football, so when Dylan asked me to try out I said : ‘sure, I’m all in’. Then at tryouts I was like, what’s this? I had no clue what I was doing, the coach asked me what I was doing there!”

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
