WOLFE: Importance of Canadian players in CFL – fake news or alternative facts?

It seems to me that the CFL and Randy Ambrosie are sending very mixed messages in regard to the importance of the Canadian player in the CFL. Additionally, I find some of the info coming out of the CFL office to be less than accurate – in contemporary jargon perhaps they are dealing in fake news or alternative facts?
