Winnipeg boy now a Hamiltonian, commits to Mac

Marauders attract out-of-province commit.

Andre Dueck, a quarterback from Vincent Massey Collegiate, will be exchanging wheat fields for steel mills after signing with the McMaster Marauders.

The 6’2, 185lbs football player currently calls Winnipeg his hometown, but he will be crossing province boarders to reach McMaster in Hamilton, Ontario. Dueck has spent his high school career playing with the Vincent Massey Trojans (Winnipeg High School Football League). In 2015, he helped lead his team to a “AAA” high school football championship win over the undefeated St. Paul’s Crusaders. In 2016, he was a member of Team Manitoba in the Canada Cup, which was held in Winnipeg that year.
