Ultimately, the strengths of both academics and the football program were the deciding factors for John.

“I also wanted to be a part of Western’s outstanding football tradition and I felt that it offered me a good university experience.”

“A lot of my coaches and alumni from my highschool have been product of their program and they all have nice things to say about their time with the team. It is comforting to know that your role models feel this way. I’ve seen games and the environment surrounding the team is positive. The coaching staff has done a wonderful job with the program and I’d love to be a part of it. The excellence and winning attitude is also a big reason why I chose Western.”
