The Canadian Football League’s draft rankings aren’t always the gospel when it comes down to who gets chosen. There are a whole host of factors at play that can result in the guy ranked No. 1 ending up waiting until the second round. Then there’s the fact that the scouts contributing to the list often underrate prospects to protect their own interests.
But there’s nobody in the top five who won’t be highly valued on Sunday.
