Team Manitoba (U18) down to 54 players – final selection camp June 3-5 (video – roster)

VIDEO HILITES: BLUE-GOLD GAME 2011

At the conclusion of Football Manitoba’s ‘Blue-Gold’ annual game between the Blue and Gold teams the coaches chose the top 54 players to participate in the final selection camp June 3rd through 5th. The top 40 players selected will represent Manitoba at this year’s Football Canada Cup in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Former ‘Blue-Gold’ participants include Chicago Bears defensive end Israel Idonije, CFLers Chris Bauman, Markus Howell, Eddie Steele and Kyle Koch, along with former CFL players Matt Sheridan and Scott Coe are but a handful of players who have suited up since the event started in the 1980s.
