Team Canada completes final practice at home: Name captains & take team pictures

Appropriately, the Senior Men’s national team completed their Canadian training camp on Canada Day. A power practice this morning, followed by team pictures and afternoon meetings. The team begins their travel journey tomorrow via Paris (7 hour hold over) and then eventually to Graz, Austria.

Today all 3 QBs showed some flashes of brilliance:

Faulds with his precision and decision making, Sacobie looks like he has re-kindled the strong arm throwing ability, and Marshall used both some timing throws and his legs to show off his skills. Jahmeek Murray looked impressive in his varying receiver positions.

The defense looks to be rounding into form with strong play from all three units. The competition increased as the defensive line complained about the offensive line holding…and the receivers complained about the defensive backs holding.

Team Canada named their three captains for the tournament. They are:
