Romeo Romanos hoping to find himself at SMU in the future
Romeo Romanos is an all around athlete who plays football, as well as basketball, Muay Thai and MMA fighting.
The defensive tackle/end spent two years playing in the Nova Scotia Student Athletic Federation Football League (NSSAFFL) with the Dartmouth Spartans, where his favourite part of last season was being able to compete and play.
Over this past summer, Romeo has been training a couple hours every day to stay in shape. For next season, the Spartan’s goal is to work harder and train harder for both school and the field.
In the future, he hopes to attend school at Saint Mary’s University and get a degree in arts. The Spartan has visited Saint’s and is also considering Acadia.
“I’m influenced by my mother,” explained Romeo, “She always wanted great things for me.”
On the field, his coaches and teammates also influence him.
