Saskatoon’s Hus signs with NFL’s Rams

Jorgen Hus will try his hand at the NFL.

The 6’1, 215 pound long snapper from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has signed a free agent contract with the St. Louis Rams.

Recently, Hus completed his fourth year with CIS squad, the Regina Rams.Β  In the 2012 regular season, the Saskatoon native registered 12 solo tackles and 11 assisted tackles. The bulk of his tackles came on special teams (eight solo, eight assisted). In two playoff contests in 2012, Hus accumulated three solo and two assisted tackles.

Previous to the Rams, Hus suited up for the Saskatoon Hilltops of the Prairie Football Conference (PFC) in the Canadian Junior Football Conference (CJFL).Β  He played high school football for St. Joseph Guardians of the Saskatoon Secondary Schools Athletic Directorate (SSSAD).
