St.FX brings in an out-of-province commit.
Liam McConville, a defensive lineman from St. Andre Bessette Secondary School, will be leaving the familiarly of southern Ontario and will exchange it with the ways of the east coast after signing with the St. Francis Xavier X-Men.
McConville is originally from London, Ontario. He has played with the London Junior Mustangs (OVFL) and the St. Andre Bessette Bulldogs (Thames Valley Regional Athletics).
“We are extremely excited to welcome Liam McConville to the StFX family. He is an outstanding young man and a very good student-athlete. We look forward to watching him grow within our football program,” Gary Waterman, the head coach, said.
