Recruiting Tip: Where to focus from freshman to senior year?

Where to focus from freshman to senior year?

Freshman season

The recruiting process should not be your focus at this time. Player development should be the priority. Getting in the weight room with a solid strength and conditioning program, learning proper nutrition, training speed, agility and quickness, flexibility and mental preparation are most important. Learning the ropes in the classroom and what is needed for eligibility both in Canada and the U.S. should be explored. Know the benchmarks that you need to hit so that you don’t get to your senior year and aren’t able to make up the time.
