Queen’s Golden Gaels announces local recruits (VIDEO)

KINGSTON, Ont– Queen’s football head coach Pat Sheahan is pleased to announce the signing of four local recruits to the Gaels football program.

Offensive tackle Brendan Ginn (Kingston, Ont.), outside linebacker Nicholas Dowd (Gananoque, Ont.), defensive back’s Kyle O’Hara (Otttawa) and Matt Pendergast (Kingston, Ont.) have all committed to play for Queen’s.

The Queen’s football Gaels open up their regular season on the road when they take on the York Lions on August 25. The Gaels then open up their home schedule on Monday September 2 against the McMaster Marauders at 2:00 p.m. at Richardson Stadium.
