Mississauga offensive lineman joins OUA team’s 2016 class

Graeme Parsons will be moving to Kingston in the coming months.

That’s because the 6’3, 285 pound offensive lineman from Mississauga, Ontario signed with Queen’s Gaels. Β Parsons will join the team for the 2016 OUA season.

“I committed because Queen’s checked all of the boxes, excellent team heading in the right direction, top class facilities and an excellent coaching staff, especially getting the opportunity to work with someone with the prestige of Coach [Pat] Sheahan,” explained Parsons. Β “That coupled with Queens’ academic reputation made it my top choice.”

The offensive lineman comes to Queen’s after completing his career with Lorne Park Spartans of the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (ROPSSAA). Additionally, Parsons played for the Mississauga Warriors of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL).
