There was never a doubt for Tristan Kuchar of where he wanted to continue the next phase of both his gridiron career.

Recently, the 6’1, 200 pound running back from Aurora, Ontario signed with Queen’s Gaels.  Kuchar will join the team for the  2016 OUA season.

“As far as my decision on Queen’s, it was really always my first choice as a university, both academically and from a football perspective,” explained Kuchar of his commitment.  “The engineering program is second to none, and Coach [Pat] Sheahan and his staff run the football team at a championship level.”

“The facilities and campus are beautiful, and I am ecstatic about having the privilege to play and study at Queen’s.”

The running back completed his career with St. Maximillian Kolbe Mustangs of the York Region Athletic Association (YRAA) where he amassed 450 rushing yards on 69 carries (average of 6.9 yards per carry) and five touchdowns.
