I had never heard of Steven Turner until late last week, when a friend who works in scouting mentioned this super-fast player from Quebec.

The way he spoke about Turner, I had visions that he was the Canadian version of Jacoby Ford.

The 5-9, 185-pound WR/KR from Bishop’s University in Quebec generated some buzz last week when he lit up the CFL’s Evaluation Camp, putting up the top numbers in every category that receivers were tested in. His 4.31 40 was the fastest time ever recorded at the camp.
