Karis Saplys has persevered as a quarterback.

During his time with the Oakville Titans of the Ontario Football Conference (OFC), the 5’8, 120 pound pivot has been able to thrive and excel as the leader of the offence.

“I play quarterback because it is a position I am naturally gifted at,” said Saplys.  “I like being able to make calls that make plays in order to win.”

Along the way, Saplys has tried to study yet emulate his playing style to two American quarterbacks – New England Patriots Tom Brady and Florida States Jameis Winston.

“I am hoping to improve my skills for the upcoming season,” added the Ontario quarterback.

Ultimately, Saplys has one major goal that he would like to achieve during his career as a quarterback and feels that QB Canada will get him one step further.

“I want to play at a high level and succeed,” expressed Saplys.
