Path to the Draft: Ball hawk specialist CFC100 Jamie Harry

The CFL Draft in May is quickly approaching, and this is the second year CFC100 ranked prospects are eligible to be selected by professional teams across the country. In the December Edition of the CFL Scouting Bureau’s Top 20 Rankings, 14 of the players were members of the CFC100 heading into university. We’ll be preparing for the big day by breaking down their journey’s to the next level from high school to the national stage.

Today we take a look at CFC100 DB Jamie Harry out of Ottawa, who took a unique journey through the CEGEP circuit before landing in garnet and grey.

“Standing at 6’2″, 205 lbs, you’d be forgiven if you thought Harry was a linebacker playing cornerback sometimes. At this point, everyone is well aware of his ball hawk abilities, which ends up overshadowing how physical Harry can be when he’s playing tight to the line or providing run support off the edge.”
