Ottawa Invaders Head Coach Ken Evraire is proud to announce the addition of Wayne Carle to the 2011 Invaders coaching staff. Carle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Invaders staff that will be invaluable as the team’s running backs coach.
“Wayne’s approach to coaching up athletes and demanding a high degree of football aptitude will mesh well with the coaching staff that is presently in place. He is a proven winner and will play a key role in seeing our offence challenge the best defenses in the NFC ” says Coach Evraire
Carle has coached 15 teams over the last 10 years, the majority of that time spent coaching with the Cumberland Panthers Minor Football organization. No less than 6 of those teams won NCAFA City Championships and 8 of them were Eastern Conference Champions.

Wayne also played senior men’s touch football in the ONTFL from 1987 until 2008 and won 17 city, 6 Provincial, and 5 National Championships.
The St. Catherines, Ontario native played on both sides of the ball, leading his high school team to 4 City Championships.
