Ontario Prospect Challenge TOP 100 Profile: Mancuso ready for spotlight

Today CFC features Ontario Prospect Challenge participant Harrison Mancuso.Harrison is one of 600 players who will be participating in the TOP 100 CAMPS in April.

Position: Quarterback

Height/Weight: 6’2″/182 lbs

School Status as of September 2013: Grade 12

Current Team(s): Huron Heights, York Simcoe Bucs

The Ontario Prospect Challenge tryout phase is over, and now many are anticipating the TOP 100 camps that will happen this spring. Quaterback, Harrison Mancuso came out to test his skills against some of Ontario’s best players. Mancuso starting playing football six years ago, and has seen great success as a quarterback.

“I chose to participate in the Ontario Prospect Challenge to compete with some of the best players across Ontario and show what I can do for everyone to see”, says Mancuso. “My goals would be to help my high school Huron Heights win championships in any way I can and to also help the Bucs Varsity team to win more games starting next year. I want to go to the next level and play on a CIS roster in the future too.”

Mancuso was a part of the 2012 Metro Bowl Champion Huron Heights, and recently was named YRAA Offensive MVP.

Tryouts (Phase 1) for the Ontario Prospect Challenge completed in 2013.  April TOP 100 Camps & May Game has been scheduled.
