Alexander Baseggio has been playing for four years.

The linebacker and defensive halfback recently finished his bantam season with the Guelph Jr Gryphons of the Ontario Football Conference (OFC), where his coach is also interested in trying him out at the quarterback position.

During the offseason, the Gryphon standout likes to spend his time practicing with his older brothers.

The linebacker has only one goal for this year’s Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC).

“I’d like to be ranked in the top 100 prospects,” said Baseggio.

He would also like to be ranked in the CFC 100 TOP 10 list during his graduating year.

Overall, the linebacker is passionate of the game for several reasons.

“I like the challenge and competition, as well as working with a team,” explained the Gryphon standout.
