The Ontario Prospect Challenge is almost half over, but there is still plenty of time to participate. It is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking for more practice or exposure. Even younger players are encouraged to come and try out as it is never too early to work on your skills at a fundamental level.

Devan Dhindsa’s football career started in 2007 when he joined the Burlington Stampeders football program. In his first year he was on an undefeated Stampeder team that went on to win that year’s championship.

“I chose to participate in the OPC for the experience and challenge that comes with training and playing with exceptional players,” Says Dhindsa. “To be granted the opportunity to train with fellow teammates and be further developed by well respected coaches is an exceptional opportunity.”

“I hope to continue to develop my skills as a lineman, where I plays both offense and defense,” continues Dhindsa. “Through programs and opportunities like OPC and the Stampeders program, I hope to continue to achieve the high level of training I have experienced over the past six years.”

Tryouts (Phase 1) for the Ontario Prospect Challenge began September 21st.  A ‘one-time’ tryout fee allows you to compete in as many tryouts as you wish.   CLICK HERE for registration information.
