Ontario Prospect Challenge profile: Ashford watching competition

Today CFC features Ontario Prospect Challenge participant Reilly Ashford.

Position: Offensive Lineman

Height/Weight: 6’0″/240 lbs

School Status as of September 2013: Grade 12

Current Team(s): Hamilton Ironmen

The Ontario Prospect Challenge is well underway, but there is still plenty of time to register. So far there have been many who have come out to show off their football skills in front of some of the best coaches Ontario has to offer.

Reilly Ashford has been playing football for eight years so far, and is excited about the prospect of playing at the next level. Ashford has won several awards and been on many champiosnhip winning teams. In 2012, Ashford was also chosen to participate in the Steel City Bowl.

“I wanted to participate in the OPC to see my competition at my positions which are defensive tackle, and center/guard,” Says Ashford. “My goals in football are to reach OUA/CIS football level.”
