Ontario Prospect Challenge: Holub ready to prove MVP caliber

Today CFC features Ontario Prospect Challenge participant Hunter Holub.

Position: Quarterback

Height/Weight: 6’3″/195lbs

School Status as of September 2013: Grade 12

Current Team: Sudbury Gladiators

Quarterback Hunter Holub has a lot to be proud so far in his six year career. The Lively native has played for the Lively Hawks for the past four seasons, and is exciting for future football prospects.

The Ontario Prospect Challenge is an excellent opportunity for players like Holub who have seen success at the secondary level and hope to continue playing in university.

“I chose to participate in the Prospect Challenge in an effort to better myself as a player and promote my athletic football abilities at quarterback,” Says Holub. “My goal is ultimately to get the opportunity to play football at the university level. I am hopeful by showcasing my talent at this Challenge I will be recognized by top level coaches as a potential prospect for their football program.”

Holub should perform well among Ontario’s best football players. He has been the Offensive MVP for his respective varsity team, and has been regognized as the Top Offensive Player at the IDFFL NFA 7 on 7 tournament.

Tryouts (Phase 1) for the Ontario Prospect Challenge begin September 21st.  A ‘one-time’ tryout fee allows you to compete in as many tryouts as you wish.   CLICK HERE for registration information.
