Ontario all-stars spread far and wide across the wild province

Now that the CFC50 high school All-Star teams have and are being released, let’s take a closer look at who the 25 players are who made the list.

Listed below are the CFC50 Ontario high school all-stars.

OFFENSE

QB CFC100 Ethan Martin (CFC50 London South)
Ethan Martin is listed as a quarterback on the depth chart, but the reason he rose to prominence at London South is because of his versatility that created nightmares for defences to deal with. He can light it up through the air when needed, but it was always his ability to run the ball that set him apart from other quarterbacks, and he even was able to rack up a few return touchdowns during his time with the Lions as well. Martin never lost a high school game and helped the Lions earn an OFSAA Bowl in 2016 along with the number one ranking on the CFC50 list for almost the entirety of 2017, but unfortunately his season ended on a sour note with a leg injury that turned him into a spectator at this year’s OFSAA Festival loss to CFC50 Holy Names. Martin has been receiving considerable interest from the Ivy League and has already taken visits to Yale and Princeton.
