The Okanagan Sun Junior Football Club is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Offensive Coordinator. Serious candidates should possess the following:
- Outstanding character
- Passion for teaching fundamental skills
- Ability to motivate athletes
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
In additional to these qualities; job-specific qualifications should include:
- Experience coaching offensive systems at a high-level
- Experience utilizing technology and other mediums to teach schematics
- NCCP certification (or the ability to obtain prior to the season)
