Offensive outbreak good or bad for the game?

Most football fans will have watched the recent Monday Night game featuring the Los Angeles Rams vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. The game featured 2 teams each sporting a 9-1 record, the game also featured 2 young QBs leading ultra high scoring teams.

Often times the most hyped games do not live up to their billings. In this case, most fans and observers of football felt that the game surpassed the expectations. Many called the game – the best game they ever saw; the detractors claiming that football without defense is not great football – let the debate begin.
