NFC: Steelers blow out Longhorns to run record to 4 and 0 (stats)

Sault Ste. Marie Steelers improved their record to 4-0 with a 55-0 Northern Football Conference victory over the Oakville Longhorns on Saturday.

Josh Gauthier scored on touchdown runs of 23 yards, 17 yards, 24 yards, 44 yards and one yard to pace the Steeler attack.

Matt Premo and Jesse Hill scored touchdowns on passes from Darrell Wood. Wade Kraft returned an interception 80 yards for a Steeler touchdown.

Kyle Gauthier converted seven of the eight TDs.

In all Josh Gauthier carried the ball 17 times for 251 yards and five TDs.

Defensively, Kraft and Chris Solomon led the Steelers with four tackles apiece.
