Pretty exciting day for CFC100 defensive tackle and offensive guard, Jake Ounsted. The 6’1, 265lbs Mount Douglas Ram product announced via social media his first NCAA division 1 offer from the University of Massachusetts.
“I’m super excited! I head down to meet with them in January,” he said. “I really think all the exposure from Canada Football Chat has been huge! Thank you so much!”
We are excited as well for this young prospect who dominated the AAA British Columbia high school scene in the trenches with his CFC50 ranked Mt. Doug teammates this season. With his tremendous work ethic and passion for the game, look for him to excel at the next level wherever that may be.
