Mustangs busy adding five more commits, including CFC100

The Western Mustangs have secured five more commitments from the Class of 2020, including CFC100 offensive lineman Erik Andersen out of local A.B. Lucas.

CFC100 Erik Andersen (6’5, 295 lbs) β€” Offensive Lineman from A.B. Lucas Secondary School (London, ON)

Andersen is a standout CFC100 lineman from London, Ont., and will be a strong addition to Western’s fierce offensive front. The towering prospect has featured in the Fox 40 Prospect Challenge to showcase his skills and demonstrate his desirable compete level. He projects to be an impactful player in the U Sports ranks.

Tiernan Doherty (6’4, 285 lbs)β€” Offensive Lineman from Clarkson Football North (Mississauga, ON)

Doherty hails from Clarkson’s unique program and will be a welcomed addition to the Mustangs’ already deep player pool. The six-foot-four, 285-pound physical specimen also participated in the Fox 40 Prospect Challenge.

Joe Brennan (6’0, 190 lbs) β€” Wide Receiver from Laurier Secondary School (London, ON)

The six-foot receiver is a speed demon that relies on his route running to do the talking. Brennan will feature well in the Mustangs deep receiving corps and will provide great depth moving forward in 2020 and beyond.

Ahmed Elturabi (6’5, 260 lbs) β€” Offensive Lineman from Oakridge Secondary School (London, ON)

Western found another well-rounded lineman to add to the future of their offensive front with six-foot-five, 260-pound Elturabi. The menacing player excels at maintaining gaps and creating holes for ball carriers alike.

Raeshawn Blake (6’3, 185 lbs) β€” Wide Receiver from Catholic Central High School (London, ON)

Blake is a shift receiver standing at six-foot-three and 185 pounds. The versatile pass-catcher has an opportunity to make a splash with his new team come 2020. The product out of Catholic Central High School is a welcomed addition to the Mustangs program.
