McGill Redmen lock down CFC100 commit

Manitoba player commits to an out-of-province U Sports team.

CFC100 Connor Kyliuk, a lineman from Dakota Collegiate, is heading to la belle province from the shores of the Red River after signing with the McGill University Redmen.

Standing at 6ā€™2, 296lbs, the multi-position athlete decided in 2016 to stay local in his last year of high school. Having experience on both sides of the ball, the offensive and defensive lineman played with the Dakota Lancers (Winnipeg High School Football League).

Prior to high school, the 2015 WHSFL all-star played with the St. Vital Mustangs (Manitoba Minor Football Association). He has been hitting the gridiron since the age of seven.

On Facebook, Ron Hilarie, the Redmenā€™s head coach, said Kyliuk is a ā€œgreat physical player with excellent feet and quickness.ā€ He also said he is a great student and young man.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
