Jordan Sisco Looks To Crack The NFL

U of R receiver signs contract with the Colts

It’s time for Jordan Sisco to show his talent to the Indianapolis Colts.

The University of Regina Rams receiver, and property of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, signed a contract with the NFL club Monday which allows him to participate in workouts with the club leading up to training camp in June.

While the contract doesn’t pay any money for the time being, Sisco says he was all smiles putting the pen to paper.

“You know I kind of had a smirk on my face. You know it’s pretty cool a kid from Canada gets this NFL contract. I was telling other people it reminds me of the John Madden football video games creating yourself and signing with a team.”

Sisco says he’s looking forward to showing the Colts what he can do. The bigger worry for him he says is where he’s going to play this year. Whether it be with the Colts, or with the Saskatchewan Roughridres who took him with the 8th pick in this year’s CFL draft.
