He played high school football for Northern Red Knights of the Toronto District Secondary School Athletic Association (TDSSAA), where he has been a captain of the Red Knights since his grade 10 year in which he has helped lead the team  to back to back league championships. Also, Fardin has suited up for the Metro Toronto Wildcats of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL).

Fardin’s most memorable moment has been winning the league championships.

“Winning Cities and a trip to OFSAA in 2011 was a great experience,” says Fardin.

Fardin has been fortunate to be surrounded by many inspirational yet motivational people that keep him focused to achieve his goals.

“My family members influence me with every step I take in life, my brother’s Farhad and Nusrat have been influences in football with great advice and support,” says Fardin.

Other than football, Fardin is also an avid rugby player.

“Playing rugby during the football seasons in the spring/summer has been a great experience with the Toronto Nomads under-20 and under-18 teams along with Northern Rugby,” says Fardin.

However, Fardin will always be the most passionate and effective on the gridiron.

“Football allows me to dominate defensively and offensively in the sport,” says Fardin.

Fardin has decided on where he is taking his talents this fall; however, is keeping his NCAA option open.

“I have committed to York University for the CIS and considering Simon Fraser University for NCAA,” said Fardin.
