Fox 40 Prospect Challenge (Central): Lineman DeAcetis crusading to be the best

Giuseppe DeAcetis’ football career began six years ago.

“I have a lot of positive experiences working with the coaches and players,” said Giuseppe.

The centre/nose tackle first hit the gridiron in house league with the Eskimos before moving on to the Ontario Football Conference (OFC) to play with the Burlington Stampeders.

Moreover, he has also played with the Assumption Crusaders in the Halton Secondary School Athletic Association (HSSAA) since 2015, where one of his highlights was being asked to play on the senior team as a junior.

The Crusader also participated in last year’s Fox 40 Prospect Challenge and will be competing in this year’s challenge.

At this year, his goal is to be the best lineman.

During the offseason, Giuseppe trains at football camps and works out.

The Crusader loves football because he has fun and it is a good sport for his size.
