Jehad Joseph began his football career five years ago.
During the linebacker/defensive backβs half a decade on the gridiron, Jehad has played in the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA) with the North Gloucester Giants and the Orleans Bengals.
Currently, he plays for his high school team, the St. Matthew Tigers, in the National Capital Secondary Schools Athletic Association (NCSSAA).
Last year, the Tiger registered 4 sacks, 50 tackles, and 1 interception, as well as 4 fumble recoveries, and 3 forced fumbles.
βMy football role model is Tyrann Mathieu because he made me believe that no matter how tall you are, you can still play football,β said Jehad, who follows the statement, βheart over height.β
βThe height is really all about the hype,β added the Tiger, βundersized guys can put in the work too, donβt underestimate me.β
