Fox 40 Prospect Challenge (West Coast): Capuano pushing himself to the limit

It isn’t easy being a student athlete. The demands of school work, training, and mental preparation require time management and discipline. Vincent Zepedeo Capuano knows this well and says that it gives him something to look forward to after a tough day of school.

The 5’9, 245lbs lineman currently plays for the Carson Graham Eagles who moved up to AAA Varsity in British Columbia this past season. Having only played for three years, Capuano says that his football experience to date has been “nothing but great thus far.”

While he doesn’t have any football idol per say that he looks up to, he pushes himself to the limit so that he can be the best player he can. He goes on to say, “In the off season I take a conditioning class at school and I also attend workouts that my coach has set up for my teammates and I.”

You have to love football in order to be successful and Capuano says that being part of a team is very important to him. It’s one of the reason’s he does love football. The CFCFPC will give him a chance to show that he is working hard and pushing himself to the limit to be the best player he can be.
