As a young high school student he was forced to deal with the collapse of his school’s football program. This is a horrible reality that may soon face many kids across Ontario.
Roger Dunbrack loved to play football and loved to compete. On a whim, Dunbrack accepted an invite from his cousin and attended a tryout with the CJFL’s Hamilton Hurricanes. The first-year prospect chose to work hard and compete at a higher level than he had as a secondary school athlete rather than simply stop playing football after his Grade 11 season.
Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
