It wasn’t a last resort, but it almost felt like one for Owen Miller. He was trying to find a sport that catered to what he wanted he wanted and eventually, he set his eyes on football and hasn’t looked back since. Football has given Owen a place to learn real life lessons and somewhere that he can completely be himself, which plays a significant role in why he has grown to love the game.
