Concordia Stingers coaches ‘handshake and hug’ types says commit

Stingers add an international commit to their team.

Adam Vance, a quarterback from Golden West College, will be exchanging the Golden State for La Belle Province after signing with the Concordia University Stingers.

“I chose to commit to Concordia because the coaching staff did all the little things,” Vance said. “Each coach is a ‘handshake and hug’ kind of person and it just shows that they are (all) about being close to their athletes.”

Originally from Visalia, California, which is in the state’s interior, Vance’s decision to move to another country is not an easy one. He said that his parents also got great vibes form the coaching staff, which helped his decision. Standing at 6’2, 210lbs, he is interested in studying psychology. He played two years with the Golden West College Rustlers.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
