Today CFC features class 2012 offensive lineman from Trois-Riveres, Quebec Pier-Olivier Allard. Pier-Olivier began his football career in high school in grade five with the ‘benjamin’ team of the “blue and gold”.

Pier-Olivier started his football playing in grade 5 in the “La Riveraine” school board and played mostly on the offensive side of the ball on the Offensive Line or Fullback. In his juvenile “AA” year he played both Fullback and Offensive line. He primarily plays Offensive Line now for his CEGEP AA Division 1 team, the “Diablos”.
In 2010, after his first year of playing with the Diablos, Pier-Olivier represented his province at the Football Canada Cup, stating “It was the best experience of my life.” Francais – “Jāai reprĆ©sentĆ© le QuĆ©bec Ć la Ā« Football Canada Cup MU-18 Ā» qui sāest dĆ©roulĆ© Ć Wolfville, en Nouvelle-Ćcosse. Two people in particular have had a big influence on Pier-Olivier and they are “Mr Hughes Durand and Pierre Lamarche. They were my coaches when I was playing for the āBlue and Goldā of the school board ‘La Riveraine'” Francais – “Les deux personnes qui māont le plus influencĆ© au football sont Hughes Durand et Pierre Lamarche. Ces personnes Ć©taient mes entraĆ®neurs lorsque jāĆ©voluais pour le Ā« Bleu et Or Ā» de la Commission Scolaire Ā« La Riveraine Ā».”
