Sean started his football with the Arn Falcons in Saskatoon’s Kinsmen Football League. He played running back and kicker and they won the provincial championship two of his three years. The past 3 seasons Sean has played receiver / kicker for his high school team, the aforementioned Centennial Chargers. The first two years they were city bridesmaids and this year were provincial bridesmaids, losing a heartbreaker in overtime.

Sean told CFC that his most memorable football experience was “winning the Football Canada Cup this year in Nova Scotia with Team Sask”.

Sean had lots of folks to thank. He said his entire family has been a great influence on him. “Not only my parents and sister, but also my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. I had family members who live a couple hours away who travelled into Saskatoon weekly to watch my games.”

Sean also mentioned a couple coaches. “I also credit some of my abilities to Shane Reider (coach at Centennial) and Brian Guebert (Team Sask Coach) for working with my kicking and punting.”

Sean developed his great kicking skills by playing soccer for 12 years at a high level.
