CJFL SEASON PREVIEW: VI Raiders (VIDEO)

Looking to get back to the BCFC title game

The VI Raiders have retooled and are ready to get back to action under second year head coach Jerome Erdman.

This offseason they had some big pieces to fill including at quarterback after All-Canadian Liam O’Brien left for the CIS.

“We addressed a lot of our needs in the offseason, but we would still like to have more depth through out,” says Erdman.  It’s a long season and the only way you will ultimately be successful is if you are 2-3 deep across the board.  Not only does it cover you for the inevitable injuries that take place during the season, it also makes for very competitive practices which is vital to optimal game preparation.”

The Raiders open the CJFL season on Saturday afternoon at 2:00pm when they host the Kamloops Broncos at Caledonia Park.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
