The Ontario Prospect Challenge is winding down, but there is still plenty of time to register. So far hundreds have registered in order to show off their skills in front of Ontario’s best coaches and trainers.

John Anthony Diberardo may only have been playing football for two years, but already he is making positive strides toward the next level. “I have decided to take part in OPC as a way to get my name out to the coaches,” Says Diberardo. “I wanted to improve my skills and thought this was a good opportunity.”

The OPC is a great opportunity for young players to develop their skills. “Possibly one day (I would like to receive) a scholarship or play in the professional football league,” Says Diberardo.

Currently Diberardo plays for the Brebeuf Braves as the starting defensive nose tackle and offensive right tackle. During the summer season he spends his time with the JV Hamilton Hurricanes.
