#CFCOPC16 RECAP (Grade 8): Team West shuts out Team Central [stats]

In the closing game of the 2016 Ontario Prospect Challenge, Team West did all their scoring in the second half to earn a 13-0 shutout victory over Team Central on Sunday night at Tim Horton’s Field.

Team West racked up 108 yards on 26 carries whereas Team Cental had 38 yards on 17 carries. Futhermore, Team West had three interceptions to Team Central’s 1.

Jacob Succar, Team West running back was Big Kahuna Sports Company Game MVP. Ā Team West pivot Daniel Brown grabbed Spalding Offensive Player of the Game while Team Central’s Kallon Edwards was Russell Athletics Defensive Player of the Game.
