U Sports CFC27 (2017) Class recruiting rankings FINAL

With both the NFL and CFL drafts complete and U Sports heading into its East-West Bowl week, which brings about one of the well deserved dead periods in recruiting, this will be our last CFC27 recruiting update for the 2017 recruiting class.

That being said, again, there wasn’t much change in this week’s rankings. We can say that a record 786 recruits committed to a U Sports institution for 2017. Each year, we find there are more and more athletes getting scholarships, getting recruited, and CFC being able to report on these kids. This is positive and we can only see growth for the future.

We will continue to update the points rankings until the start of the Ā U Sports 2017 training camps.

*CFC employs a point system based on the recruits declared in the recruiting class on CFC:

  • Schools declare recruits at different times of year (i.e. Quebec schools recruit most in January, higher academic school entries are later, etc) so make sure you equate the amount of recruits with the point system
  • Players are rated based on (a) CFC100 ranking (b) 4-star ranking (c) 3-star ranking (d) all other players get a NR
  • Transfers are NOT allocated points as of 2016-2017 as they would have acquired points in their original class year. They will be listed on the ‘Transfer List’.
  • #CFC27 is updated once per week
