Findlay Brown commitment

McGill Redmen strengthened their overall points lead to 820 with the addition of two more recruits.  Kickers Findlay Brown and Loic Legendre were the latest to join the Redmen.

Jack Cassar Carleton 3

Meanwhile, Carleton Ravens, Western Mustangs, Montreal Carabins and Laval Rouge et Or still held a firm grip on their positions in the top 5.

Daniel Obiang 2

However, one team created a major shakeup in the top 10.  Acadia Axemen shuffled the placements as the team announced that four recruits have signed with the AUS team, including two #CFC100.

Cordell Hastings commitment

Ottawa running back Daniel Obiang and Calgary receiver Cordell Hastings were the #CFC100 recruits.  Additionally, local linemen Micah Goode and Angelo Gentile added to the Axemen’s point totals in the #CFC27.

Dan Basambombo commitment 1

As for the players per average rankings, Carleton Ravens continue to lead top spot (30.90), while Laval Rouge et Or (28.57) Western Mustangs (27.20) remained in the top three.  Moreover, UBC Thunderbirds (25.43) and Manitoba Bisons (25.00) flipped spots in to round out the five top teams.

In this latest update, only three teams moved up in the rankings.  Other than the Axemen, the Guelph Gryphons and University of Toronto Varsity Blues made significant movement in the rankings.

Conner Lindeman commitment

Of note, the Blues got their first #CFC100 with the signing of fullback Conner Lindeman.  The 6’3, 224 pound fullback will be suiting up for the home team after completing a stint with Alexandria, Virginia’s Episcopal Maroon (teammate with CFC#1 CLASS 2016 top ranked prospect Patrice Rene).

Furthermore, eight teams moved down the rankings while 16 teams remained in the same position from the previous update.
